Ginger Orange Balls

Ingredients

1box Murray Sugar Free Cookies Murray® Sugar Free Gingersnaps
3/4cup flaked coconut
2/3cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2cup chopped pecans
3/4cup sifted powdered sugar
Directions
1. Finely crush cookies. In large bowl combine cookie crumbs, coconut , orange juice concentrate and pecans. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar.

2. Place in airtight container. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or for up to 2 weeks.
