Ingredients
| 1 | box Murray Sugar Free Cookies Murray® Sugar Free Gingersnaps |
| 3/4 | cup flaked coconut |
| 2/3 | cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
| 1/2 | cup chopped pecans |
| 3/4 | cup sifted powdered sugar |
Directions
1. Finely crush cookies. In large bowl combine cookie crumbs, coconut , orange juice concentrate and pecans. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
2. Place in airtight container. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or for up to 2 weeks.
