Cool off with these fun and tasty banana pops made with Murray Sugar Free® Chocolate Chip cookies.

INGREDIENTS


•    12 Murray Sugar Free® Chocolate Chip cookies
•    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
•    1 tablespoon honey
•    1 tablespoon light butter, melted
•    6 wooden craft sticks
•    6 small bananas
OR
•    3 large bananas, halved
•    3 tablespoons fat-free chocolate ice cream topping

PREPARATION

  1. Finely crush cookies. In shallow dish combine cookies and cinnamon. In small bowl stir together honey and butter. Drizzle over cookie mixture. Toss to coat.
  2. Push craft stick about 3-inches into each banana. Roll bananas in crumb mixture, lightly pressing crumb mixture onto bananas. Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Drizzle with ice cream topping. Freeze at least 4 hours.
