Why did you change the name from Murray Sugar Free Cookies to MURRAY® ZERO SUGAR Cookies?
We updated the name to make it even easier to identify that our cookies contain zero grams of sugar. The cookies have the same delicious recipes, texture, and great taste you've always enjoyed. New name, same irresistible cookies!
I noticed the packaging looks different. Are the cookies the same?
We updated the packaging to reflect its new name and also make it easier to spot your favorite MURRAY® ZERO SUGAR Cookies on the shelf. The refreshed design helps the package stand out, but the recipe, flavor, and quality you expect are exactly the same. Same great cookies — now with a cleaner, more modern look.
How can I tell if my cookies have expired?
Always check the Best By Date, which is the last date recommended for the use of the product while at peak quality. This code is located on the back of the package.
Can I store the product in the refrigerator/freezer?
We recommend storing product in a cool, dry place.
Can I eat expired product?
To ensure the best quality, we recommend using product by the best by date.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The packaging for MURRAY® ZERO SUGAR Cookies is currently not recyclable but we are working toward making all of our packaging 100% recyclable, reusable and compostable.
Do you have coupons?
Due to the overwhelming number of coupon, promotional item and/or sample requests that we receive, we are unable to send these items at this time. However, we periodically run coupons for our products in the Sunday newspaper inserts of major local newspapers. Also, please follow our brands on social media as promotions are often announced there first.
Can you bring back a discontinued product?
Unfortunately, if a product has been discontinued, we do not have plans to bring it back. To keep our product line interesting and give consumers innovative flavors, we periodically have to discontinue other flavors.

Mannitol is a sugar alcohol. Sugar alcohols occur naturally in many fruits and vegetables. They have a structure that partially resembles sugar and partially resembles alcohol, but they DO NOT contain ethanol (the type of alcohol in alcoholic beverages). Sugar alcohols are not fully absorbed by the body, so they provide fewer calories than sugar.
